Player Controls
Every registered 999cx player has access to these self-management tools directly from their account dashboard. They are free, instant, and always available.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are processed until the period resets. Limits can be decreased instantly but increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a set period. If your net losses reach the threshold you define, 999cx will automatically restrict further gameplay until the limit period expires — protecting your bankroll automatically.
Set a maximum session duration and receive a clear on-screen reminder when your time is up. You can also enable reality check notifications that appear at regular intervals during play, showing your session time and net result.
Request a short break from 999cx without fully closing your account. Cooling-off periods are available for 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended and you cannot deposit or play.
If you feel you need a longer break or want to stop gambling altogether, self-exclusion lets you close your 999cx account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on 999cx. It immediately and completely restricts your access to the platform for the duration you choose. Here is how to activate it:
Navigate to the 999cx Login page and sign into your player account using your registered mobile number or email address and password.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown settings menu.
Choose the "Self-Exclusion" option and select your desired exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or Permanent (indefinite).
Review the exclusion terms and confirm your choice. Your account will be locked immediately. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email and mobile number (via SMS).
Any remaining PKR balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account within the standard processing window.

Age Policy
999cx enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This is a non-negotiable requirement under our international gaming license and a core part of our responsible gaming commitment. The 21+ threshold is higher than the legal minimum in many jurisdictions — we set it deliberately to provide an additional layer of protection for younger adults.
Every player registering on 999cx is required to provide their date of birth at signup and submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued photo ID during the KYC verification process. Accounts that cannot be verified as 21+ will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned.
